Nobu InterContinental Hong Kong celebrates the adjacent Victoria Harbour waterfront, visible through the main dining room’s dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows. Textured fabrics resembling deep sea coral, rippled terrazzo floors, and an undulating ceiling comprised of 450,000 sea urchin shells highlight the surrounding ocean landscape.
At the bar, a cascade of black river stones frames imagery of Japanese cherry blossoms, a signature feature of the Nobu restaurants. These traditional and modern Japanese elements merge and intermingle in this intimate, yet dynamic dining experience.
