Posada Terra Santa is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of the historic city center of Palma de Mallorca. In 2024, a decade after opening, Rockwell Group updated the hotel with a fresh new look designed around four main pillars: Heritage, Post-Luxury, Slow Design, and Layers.
Arrival & Reception
As guests cross the entry threshold into an open-air courtyard, they get a sense of the splendor of the interior of the hotel with its vibrant terracotta-colored plaster walls and winding staircase.
The hotel building dates back to 1576 and once served as an epicenter of commerce and trade for the island. During the original restoration, Hidden Away Hotels discovered gothic arches as well as large clay jars used to store grain and food. Our design takes inspiration from the building's historic architecture, as well as the craftsmanship and art inherent to Mallorca that we translated to the finishes and furnishings for the hotel.
