To create a space fit for the Academy Awards, Rockwell Group blended glamour with function. Inside, a technical hub operates out of a hydraulic-driven media cockpit in the center of the orchestra that houses TV cameras and related equipment, while swirling silver-leaf lattice work spreads across the ceiling. To allow for a range of performances throughout the year, the flexible seating system allows for 2,000 guests for live shows and up to 3,300 on Oscar night.
